New Pluris Web Portal & Walk-in Payment Centers for Customers

Pluris Holdings, LLC now has a new comprehensive Customer Web Portal available via Pluris’s website at www.plurisusa.com. Customers can click on the “Customer Support” tab and select “Pay my bill” in the drop down menu. This will take customers to the new log in page to register your account in just four easy steps. An example screenshot of the log in page is provided below.

 

Once customers have registered their account they will be able to log in and utilize the many new features such as:

  • Sign up for electronic billing.
  • View bill.
  • View payment history.
  • View bill history.
  • View usage history.
  • Manage account profile.
  • Update phone numbers.
  • Update address.
  • Sign up for “Auto Pay” by bank draft or credit/debit card.
  • Pay multiple accounts.
  • Request customer support.
  • View utility messages and notes.

In addition to our new customer web portal, Pluris has worked with Walmart in both North Carolina and Florida and Amscot Superstore in establishing convenient walk-in payment centers for customers.

Florida customers can now pay your Pluris utility bill at your local Walmart and Amscot payment centers. Both Walmart and Amscot require the coupon portion of your bill when utilizing their payment services. Walmart accepts payment by cash or debit card and Amscot accepts payment by cash or money order.

North Carolina customers can now pay your Pluris utility bill at your local Walmart payment center. Walmart requires the coupon portion of your bill when utilizing their payment services and they accept payment by cash or debit card.
