Online Payments
By registering your account online you can make payments or skip the registration and pay using our “Quick Pay” option. First time users must register to view account information by creating an online profile. Pluris accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards and E-Checks.
TELEPHONE PAYMENTS
Pay by telephone during business hours (9am – 4:30pm M-F) by calling (888) 758-7471 then select option 2. You will need your utility name and account number. Or you can selection option 3 to speak with a representative, who can transfer you to the pay by phone option.
Auto Pay by Bank Draft
    - Submit a completed ACH Authorization form   Online Form  |  Download Form.

Auto Pay by Credit Card
Sign up for recurring payments by credit card by logging in to your account online and completing the Auto Pay by credit card enrollment.
Walk-In Locations
Customers can now pay your Pluris utility bill at Walmart or Amscot. Please understand that each merchant charges fees and that Pluris may not receive your payment for up to 3 business days.
By Mail
Bills include a return envelope to mail your payment for processing. Include your account number on your check or money order and return the bottom portion of your bill in the envelope.
