Pluris’s website now allows customers more features in monitoring account information and water use. All customers need to register and by doing so customers can access account information all 24 hours of each day for all 365 days in the year. After registering customers will have access to features including:

- Bill payment.
- View/print full image of bill.
- View account history.
- View payment history.
- View usage history through the date customers log on. Customers can set threshold levels to notify them of exceeding preset limits and to be notified of potential leaks.
- Update mailing address and contact information.
- Enroll in Auto Pay by credit card.
- Enroll in Auto Pay by bank draft.
- Enroll in paperless billing.
- Request customer support.
