How to Request Water and/or Sewer Service

To begin service new customers will need to complete an application and submit it along with a legible copy of a valid government issued identification and other required documents. A checklist and application form is available here on our website under the Resources tab.

Customers can also call our Customer Care Representatives at (888) 758-7471 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time or email customercare@plurisusa.com to request an application for service form.

Please note that for same day response service Customer Care Representatives must receive requests prior to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
